- Take 2 cup whole wheat ata, 1 cup raw papaya grated,
- You need Salt to taste, Pinch of ajwain, 1 tbsp sooji,

- Take a mixing bowl or Parat, add all the ingredients except oil, mix well.
- Knead a tight dough by adding water slowly slowly, keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Now add oil, again knead very nicely.
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
- Now take small portions of the dough, make small balls.
- Roll it & make a lil thick puri.
- Moderate the flame, deep fry the puri till crispy golden brown on both side.
