- Provide 2 cups all purpose flour

Instructions to make Number cake:
- First take a bowl add oil n sugar,little milk n milkmaid whisk it for 4-5 min. Until it becomes fluffy
- Now in it mix flour mixture flour should be sieve for 2 times from sieving the flour we create aeration in it so this process is important
- Mix the flour n sugar mixture very well in cut n fold method now add vanilla essence n tutti fruity dry fruit mixture in it give it a nice mix again
- Mix 1/2 tsp of maida to tutti fruity n dry fruit so that I will not settle down in batter
- Now In batter add baking powder n baking soda above it add 1 tsp of lemon juice n mix the batter again don't overmix
- Now preheat the ovenat 180 degree for 5-7 min and transfer the batter to the mould here I take rectangular shape mould
- Grease the mould with oil n spread parchment paper on it now add batter n bake the cake at 180degree for 32 minutes.
- Check the cake with tooth pick if it is clean that means cake is baked properly
- Now cool the cake n cut it into number 7 here I am attaching the drawing of cutting
- Cut the cake carefully otherwise it will broke
- Now for topping we will whip the cream here I used whip cream powder of blue bird brand
- For this in 100 gm of powder I add 100 ml of chilled water n whip it on high speed for 10 min.
- Now refrigerated the cream for 10 min n apply on cake with satula n fill the remaining whip cream in cake decoration bag n make the designs
- I add orange red color in remaining whipping cream n whip for 2 min.
- Now after decorating the cake I again refrigerated it for 10 min n then use it
