  1. Provide 3 medium apples cored and diced in mini chunks
  2. Provide 1 lb puff pastry
  3. Provide 1 tbsp all purpose flour

  5. Take 1/4 cup brown sugar
  6. Provide 1/2 cinnamon powder
  7. Use 1 egg +1 tbsp water for egg wash

Steps to make Apple Turn overs:
  1. Pre heat oven to 400 F, thaw puff pastry according to instructions
  2. Chopp apples to mini chunks.
  3. Melt1tbsp butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add dicedx apples and cook keep stirring until softened
  4. Reduce heat to low and add 1/4cup brown sugar, 1/2tsp cinnamon and salt.
  5. Simmer for 3_4mins until apples are soft and caramelised
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  7. Roll the thawed puff pastry with a rolling pin to an 11"square. With a pizza cutter or knife cut into 4equal Squares
  8. Place cooled apple mixture over half of each square, leave at least 1/2inch border.
  9. Beat together I egg and 1tbsp water. Brush egg wash lightly on edges of pastry (just enough to seal) bring the edges together and crimp tightly along the edges with a fork to seal.
  10. Keep them in fridge for 20 mins
  11. Transfer to a parchment lined baking tray, keeping them 1"apart,with a paring knife cut cut 2_3 small slits in top of each turn over
  12. Brush the top with egg wash and bake for 20 _23 mins or until golden and puffed take them out
  13. While they are cooling make glaze
  14. Stirr together powderd sugar and heavy whipping cream and drizzle glaze over turn overs.
