- In a big mixing bowl combine flour,butter,salt,egg.mix well like crumb. add 4-5 tbsp of ice cold water & make a dough. apply olive oil to palms & knead again for few seconds. cover it with a cling film & refrigerate for 1/2 hr.
- For filling : heat oil in a pan. saute garlic for few minutes & add the chicken mince. cook for few minutes. add onions,carrots, corn kernels. stir well & cook for few minutes. add white sauce & seasoning
- Remove from heat & let the mixture cool down. add grated cheese to the mixture. preheat oven to 200 degrees & grease a muffin tray with oil/ cooking spray. final assemble: On a lightly-floured work surface, roll out the dough 1/8-inch thick.
- Using the 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 12 pieces of dough. Using the 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out another 12 pieces ofdough.
- Press the large rounds ofdough into the bottom ofthe greased muffin tray. Spoon the filling into the pastry. place the remaining pieces ofdough on top. Lightly press the edges ofthe dough together to seal.
- Press around the edges ofthe pies using the tines ofa fork. Brush the tops of each pie with the oil/butter. - - Bake until the tops are golden for 15 18 minutes.
