- Take 1 small onion chopped
- Use 1 small tomato chopped
- Provide 1 small capsicum chopped
- Provide 1 tbsp corn
- Provide as needed Coriander leaves

- Use 3/4 cup besan
- Use Pinch cooking soda
- You need Pinch Carom seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- Take a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables and add salt, Chat masala and coriander leaves and mix well. You can add more vegetables as per your choice
- For batter, take a bowl and add besan, salt, cooking soda, ajwain, haldi powder, chopped green chilli, oil, Chat masala and mix well
- Add water to the batter, making sure the batter isn’t too thick or thin
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Take a muffin tray and grease with oil
- Add one tbsp of salad mixture into the muffin tray in each section
- Next on top add the batter
- Garnish with coriander
- Bake the muffin for 20-25 mins. Checking with a toothpick if it has been cooked or not.
