- Provide 2 cans whole, peeled tomatoes
- Use 1/2 medium vidalia onion, chopped
- Use Pinch S&P
- Prepare 5-6 fresh basil leaves, cut thin
- You need 3-5 garlic cloves, whole
- You need 1/4 C olive oil
- Use 1 Tbsp sugar

- Blend the tomatoes and chopped onion in the blender. Put the mixture in a large saucepan that has a lid and cook at medium until it bubbles; then turn to low for 1 hour. Cock the lid for a small opening to vent. While that's cooking; in a medium saute pan, put in the oil and garlic cloves. (I slice mine a little) Heat thru but do not burn.
