  1. Get 5 lb Pork or Beef Ribs
  2. You need 1 dehydrated Tangerine crushed into powder
  3. Take 2 tbsp Caraway Seeds
  4. Take 2 tbsp Celery Salt
  5. Get 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
  6. Use 2 tbsp Garlic Salt (Coat evenly on both halves of ribs)
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  8. You need 5 dash Lemon/Lime Juice (meat side only)
  9. Prepare 1 Apple wood, Pecan wood or Pear wood.
