  1. Use 500 gms lamb ribs
  2. Get 400 gms onion paste
  3. Get 150 gms ginger garlic paste
  4. Provide 2 tsp fenugreek seeds

  6. Take 50 gms green chilli paste
  7. Get To taste salt
  8. Use 200 ml mustard oil
  9. You need 1 small sized coal for smoke

  1. Heat oil in the wok
  2. Add fenugreek seeds,papaya the seeds then add onions paste,stir ocasionally.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Cramelise the onion on low flame.then add anardnana paste(make sure anardna is smooth as puree).and green chilli paste and salt.
  5. Add mutton and stir continously until it's turns black.
  6. Tranfer the mutton into pressure cooker and pressure cook for about 4-5 whistles.
  7. Lastly for the smoky effect place hot burning coal into the cooker pour one tbsp of mustard oil and dum for about 5-10 mins. Discard the coal later.
