  1. Prepare 8 large Potatoes
  2. Take 400 grams Cheese (I used sliced)
  3. Prepare 4 rashers Smoked Bacon
  4. Take 100 grams Butter
Instructions to make Loaded Potato Skins:
  1. Roast Potatoes untill almost cooked through. Cut into half and scoop out soft insides into a bowl. Slice Bacon into small strips and distribute between the open skins.
  2. Mix the scooped Potato, Butter and diced cheese then mash together.
