The ingredients needed to cook Potato skins:
  1. Get 20 g cheese
  2. You need 3 large potatoes
  3. Prepare 2 chopped spring onions
  4. Prepare Black pepper
  5. Get 60 g low fat cream cheese
  6. Prepare Sea salt
Instructions to make Potato skins:
  1. Bake potato for approx 1 hour on 180 then leave to cool slightly.
  2. Next cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl leaving the skin whole.
