The ingredients needed to cook Paneer Wrap:
- Provide 5-6 Paneer cubes
- Prepare 1 Tortilla
- Get 1/2 Tomato, Juliennes
- Get 2 tbsp Any vegetable oil
- Use 1/2 Capsicum, Juliennes
- Take 1 Onion, Juliennes
- You need 2 tbsp Black Olives
- You need 3 tbsp Sweet corns
- Use 2-3 tbsp Pizza/Pasta sauce
- Prepare 2-3 tsp Italian Seasonings
- Use as required Amul Cheese, Grated
- Prepare 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Use 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
- Take As per taste Salt
- Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 2-3 tbsp Thousand Island sauce/any sauce
Steps to make Paneer Wrap:
- Marinate Onion Juliennes with lemon juice, pinch of salt, red chilli powder. Mix well. Do the same marination with paneer cubes, add black pepper powder to this.
- Brush some oil in pan. Heat the tortilla for few seconds. Keep it aside.
- Now start spreading pizza/pasta sauce, marinated onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, marinated paneer cubes, cheese, sweets corns, sauce. (As shown in picture)
- Fold it well, with the help of tooth pick.
