- You need Vegetables
- Provide 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

- Provide 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 1 tsp ground black pepper

- Get Koobideh
- Get 1 lb ground lamb (could also do half beef, half lamb)
- Use 1 egg
- Take 1/3 cup flour
- Provide 1 tsp salt
- Provide 1 tsp ground black pepper

- Take 1 tsp garlic powder
- Provide 1 tbsp tumeric powder
- Take Yogurt
- Take 1 cup lowfat, plain yogurt
- Use 1 salt

Steps to make Koobideh with Veggies:
- Mix all ingredients for the koobideh and form into six logs. You may need to add more or less flour to get your logs to form properly.
- Either grill or fry your koobideh until brown on the outside and the internal temperature reads 165°f, turning halfway.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and fry until brown, few minutes.
- Add onion and pepper and fry until just barely firm. Add tomatoes and finish cooking through.
- Mix yogurt, salt, and mint together. I like mine very flavorful so I like to use a lot of both. Serve on side of meat.
