  2. Prepare Onion
  3. Provide Cajun seasoning
  4. You need Original Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  5. Provide 2 tablespoons margarine
  6. Provide Boneless chicken thighs
Steps to make Baked BBQ Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a pan (large enough for your amount of chicken) with vegetable oil spray
  3. Season chicken on both sides with garlic, onion, and Cajun seasoning, in the vegetable oil sprayed pan.
  4. Place chicken in oven for 25 minutes
