- Prepare 1 1/2 kg Pork Belly, scored
- Use 4 clove garlic, roughly chopped
- Prepare 1 tbsp Sea salt flakes
- Provide 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- Get 2 tsp Caraway seeds
- Provide 2 tbsp Olive oil
- You need 5 large potatoes
