- Take 600 gms mutton mince
- You need 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tbspn red chilli powder

- Wash the mutton kheema well (make sure the kheema is dry) add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and some chopped green chillies mix well add fried onions mix it add boiled potato (or bread), coriander leaves and mint leaves,add little oil mix it well and marinate for 2 to 4 hours!
