- Take Mince
- Prepare 1 onion
- Use 1 clove garlic
- Prepare 3 carrots, sliced
- Take 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- Provide 1 can chopped tomatoes

- Provide 500 g beef mince
- Take 2 tbsp tomato purée
- Get 1 beef stock cube

- Fry the onions and garlic for 2min, add the carrots, put on the lid and sweet for 5min
