- Provide 1 cup Maida
- Get 2 tbsp Beetroot pury
- Get 2 tbsp Spinach pury
- Get Salt as per taste

- Prepare 1 cup Boiled mash potato
- Get 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- Get Salt as per taste
- Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Get 2 tbsp Oil
- Use For assembling
- Provide 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Prepare 8 tbsp Water
- Use Oil for frying
Steps to make Gulabosa:
- First make conflour slurry by mixing water and cornflour togather and keep aside
- Now for doughix oil salt and maida togather divide it in to two parts in 1/3 and 2/3
- In 2/3part mix beetroot pury add little water and kneed a dough
- In1/3part add spinach pury add little water and kneed a dough keep aside
- For filling heat oil in pan add cumin seeds as it crackle add ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add curry leaves green chilli Salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and green peas to it
- Mix boiled mashed potato to it and filling is ready
- For making rose shape take small ball of beetroot dough and roll it in small round shape Chapati
- Place small ball of patato filling in the middle of chapati and cut from four corners
- Wet the corners of chapati with using finger and fold this corners side by side and one by one on potato ball(go through the image for making rose shape)
- Spread cornflour slurry over potato ball and deep fry it in hot oil
- Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce
