- Prepare 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Get 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Provide 2 large Eggs, lightly beaten
- Get 1/4 cup chocolate chips(Folded into batter)
- You need 1/4 cup chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top of brownies before baking, optional

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray..
- In a medium bowl whisk together AP(All-Purpose) Flour and baking powder.

- To your 2nd medium bowl, you're going to add in your sugars and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- Add in your slightly beaten eggs, mix until smooth and combined

- Fold in your 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips.
