  1. You need 20 pcs chicken wings
  2. Prepare 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
  3. Take 1/2 tbls cayenne pepper
  4. You need to taste Salt
  5. Get 1 tbls butter
  6. Take 3 tbls finely chopped garlic
  7. Use 1/4 cup lemon/lime juice
  8. Provide 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  9. Take 2 tbls vegetable oil for cooking wings

  1. Clean and wash wings and set aside
  2. In a bowl, add the wings and mix in the vinegar, 1 tbls garlic, cayenne pepper and salt. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
