The ingredients needed to make Ganache Cake:
  1. Use 3-4 layers of chocolate sponge
  2. You need 1 dark compound chocolate of 400 grams
  3. Take 1 Small pack of Amul fresh cream
  4. Take 2 tbsp Sugar
  5. Use 1/4 tsp instant coffee
  6. Provide 100 grams Chocolate chips
  7. Get 2 tbsp White glaze
  8. Take 1 tsp butter
Instructions to make Ganache Cake:
  1. Cut chocolate into small pieces in bowl.Take a pan and heat cream for 2 to 3 mins.Then add to the chocolate bowl and fast whisk with a spoon untill chocolate melts completely and add 1 tsp of butter to add shine into your ganache.and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Take 3/4 cup of water add sugar and instant coffee and cook till sugar is dissolved remove from heat and let it cool down completely.
  3. Place the first chocolate sponge layer on your plate or cake board. Cut out the dome of the cake to make it like a flat round platform on the top.sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of sugar water to soften the cake. Cover the top with generous layer of ganache and even it out with a butter knife.
  4. Then put second layer and repeat the process.then put third layer sprinkle sugar water and cover the entire cake with ganache crumble coat it and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Remove cake and with remaining ganache give sharp edges to the cake again put in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  6. Then remove and decorate it.
  7. Take chocolate chips and cover the sides of the cake with chocolate chips.put White glaze in piping bag and make spider design.you can decorate the cake as per your choice.
  8. The chocolate ganache cake is ready to melt in your mouth.
