- Take 1 Heavy whipping cream
- Provide 1/2 cup Butter
- You need 8 oz Sour cream
- You need 4 oz Soft Cream Cheese
- Provide 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- You need 1/4 cup Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
- Take 1/4 cup Jerk Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire)
- Use 1/4 cup Italian Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire)
- Use 1/4 tbsp Rosemary
- Use 1/3 tbsp Turmeric (optional)
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp Ground Ginger (optional)
- Take 1/4 tbsp Flax Seed (optional)

- Cook noodles until they are half cooked. Then drain water.
- Mix in all ingredients with the noodles (minus the shrimp). Cook on medium until chicken is tender and bell peppers are soft.
