- Prepare Vegetable oil
- Get pork tenderloin, I use tenderloin as it cooks quickly and is tender.
- Provide Apples peeled and cored

- Get Dijon Mustard
- You need water to add to the batter mix.

- Chop pork into small cubes, fry until the red has gone about 3-5 minutes, then remove and drain on kitchen paper
- Chop the peppers and the peeled & cored apples into small pieces
- Make your batter, or buy ready made. Don't put the specified amount of water in because you need the battermix thick.
