Making white sauce - heat butter in a pan, add flour and stir for few secs add milk (little at a time)stir continuously there shouldn't be any lumps.Cook until creamy insert a bay leaf and clove in a onion and put it in a sauce pan.Stir/cook for a min add salt and pepper mix well and switch off the heat.white sauce is ready.
