  1. To prepare White sauce - take butter, garlic and maida. Roast it. Don't make it red.
  2. Add milk. Mix it well. Add cheese slices. Add the herbs, red chilli flakes, salt.
  3. For mixed vegetables - Take a pan, add oil. Add vegetables, salt, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes. Keep it half cook.
  4. Now start assembling. Add pasta sauce, white Sauce, vegetables, grated cheese and pasta sheets. Follow same and repeat two or three times..
  5. Grate the cheese on the top. Bake on 180 for some 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
