- Prepare 1 cup Orange coldrink or juice
- Provide 1 cup Hung curd
- Take 2-3 tsp /to taste Powder sugar
- Use 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- Take 1/2 cup Khus syrup or Kiwi crush
- Take 3-4 tsp Lemon juice
- Prepare 1/2 cup Drinking soda

Steps to make Refreshing bar:
- First of all take popsicle moulds and pour orange cold drink(you can take frooti, fanta or orange juice as yo'r choice)..insert an ice cream stick and cover with aluminium foil or cling wrap..let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours
- Add powder sugar and vanilla essence in hung curd and mix (you can add 2-3tsp of milk if required).. Pour the curd mixture in the ice cream mould over orange bar layer. Let it set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
- Add lemon juice, rose water and black salt in khus syrup and mix well,pour the mixture over curd layer and 1-1 tsp of drinking soda in it after 2-3hours when the curd layer completely freezemput it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours more to set the 3rd green layer of popsicle
- Demould the ice popsicle by putting the mould in a glass of water or just roll up in between your both palms
- Yours tricolour ice popsicles are ready
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
