  1. Get 1 kg sweet potato
  2. Take 1 cup milk
  3. Get 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp ghee

  1. Firstly, pressure cook the sweet potato for 1 or 2 whistles. Let them cool down completely.
  2. Peel and mash the boiled sweetpotato.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan on low medium heat. Once heated add in the mashed sweet potato.
  4. Saute for atleast 5-8 minutes or till it starts changing the colour.
  5. Now add in the milk, saffron and sugar. Mix well and cook on low flame till the milk absorbed completely. Keep stirring continuously.
