  6. Heat some oil for deep frying and deep fry the lollipops, till they turn golden brown in color

  8. To make the sauce for the lollipops, heat some oil in a pan,add chopped ginger and garlic & saute.
  9. Add the sauces and mix it well.
  10. Add some water, & cornflour slurry & bring it a boil
  11. After 2 mins turn off the flame & the sauce is ready.
  12. Now, serve the hot lollipops with the prepared sauce.
  13. Place some chopped cabbages in the plate for garnishing.
