The ingredients needed to prepare Chakli Sev Puri:
  1. Prepare 250 gm ready available crunchy bite size chaklis
  2. Use 2 boiled and peeled & finely mashed potatoes
  3. You need 2 onions peeled and finely chopped
  4. Prepare 1 cup khajur chutney
  5. Take 1 cup green spicy chutney
  6. Provide as needed Besan Sev
  7. Prepare as needed Pomegranate seeds to granish
Steps to make Chakli Sev Puri:
  1. For Khajur chutney.. pressure cook 100 gm Khajur in little water. Cool and grind in mixer to smooth paste. Add salt,1/2 tsp roasted cummin seeds powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 slice of lemon juice. (Prepare fresh to relish good taste)
  2. For spicy green chutney..1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves,1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves,4 green chillies,1" ginger pieces,salt to taste,1/2 lemon juice,1/4 tsp black salt. Grind all in mixer grinder jar to smooth paste.
  3. Boil potatoes,peeled and mashed them. Peel & finely chopped onions. Mix both mashed potatoes and chopped onions together. Keep all ingredients required ready to make.
  4. Arrange Chaklis in heart shape.(I used ready available for making it..but you can used homemade wheat Chaklis)
  5. On each chakli place little mashed potato,onion mixture as shown.
  6. Now carefully pour khajur chutney and green spicy chutney on each prepared chakli- potato- onion mixture…as shown
  7. Sprinkle besan sev and garnish with pomegranate seeds as shown. Serve/ Relish Delicious Chakli Sev Puri.
