The ingredients needed to cook Beef Stir Fry:
  1. You need green bean
  2. Use Stir Fry
  3. Get chopped onion
  4. Provide beef steak
  5. Provide bell pepper
  6. Get cabbage
  7. Take cucumber
  8. Provide carrot
  9. Get oyster sauce
  10. Use hoisin sauce
  11. Take water
  12. Use soy sauce
  13. Prepare chilli flakes
Steps to make Beef Stir Fry:
  1. Chop 1 onion, slice 1 bell pepper also 1/3 cucumber and cabbage. Cut half a carrot and peel also cut. Wash the green beans and set all veggies to the side.
  2. For the meat I am using grilling steak and I sliced as shown in above picture.
  3. Sauce- In a small measuring cup add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Then add 1 cup of water and mix.
  4. Cooking- add oil in wok or frying pan on med-high heat and add onion, let that cook for 3 minutes and add in your meat. Let that cook for 6 minutes and add your cabbage and carrot. After that cooks for another 5 minutes add in the rest of the vegetables and add sauce plus chilli flakes. 7 minutes later the dish is done. Serve with rice and the vegetables should still be a little crunchy and meat full of flavor!
