- Prepare For nachos chips
- Use 1 cup maize flour
- Prepare 4 tbsp plain flour

- You need Pinch baking soda

- Prepare 2 cheese cubes

- Prepare Pinch turmeric powder
Steps to make Nachos with Cheese Dip:
- Heat water in a pan. Once the water starts to boil, add salt, baking soda and maize flour to water and mix well. Turn off the flame and cover with a lid. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add plain flour, carom seeds, oregano, pepper powder and knead a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into medium sized balls. Place the ball in between 2 greased plastic or butter paper and roll thin. Grease the plastic with oil.
- Cut off the edges and cut into triangles as shown.
- Fry on medium flame till it turns golden. You can store these chips in an airtight container.
- For cheese dip, in a bowl take butter, cheese and milk. Melt it using double boiler method or microwave for 2 minutes at 4 intervals of 30 seconds each. Lastly add turmeric powder and mix well using a whisker or blend using a hand blender for around 10 seconds. Cheese dip is ready.
- Serve with nachos.
