  2. Prepare 3 boneless chicken breasts
  3. You need 4 cup water
  4. Take 16 oz long grain rice

  6. Use 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  8. Get 2 cup Kraft real mayo

  1. Boil chicken breasts in broth and 1 cup of water until done. Let chicken cool. Then shred chicken and set aside.
  2. Cook rice according to package. (I cook mine with 3 cups water in a rice cooker)
