- Get 500 Grams Beef
- Use 2 large Onions
- You need 2 large Courgettes
- Prepare Handful Brussel Sprouts (optional)
- Use 200 Grams Bean Shoots
- Take 2 heaped Teaspoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Use 4-6 large Chestnut Mushrooms
- Prepare Cooking Oil
Steps to make Mustard Beef Stir Fry:
- Slice and dice Beef into bite- sized pieces.Add to a wok or large saucepan with about a tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Trim, peel, slice Onions and add to Wok.
- Wash, trim then slice courgettes. Add to Wok.
- Trim off brown parts of Brussel Sprouts, remove outside leaves, then slice into quarters. Add to Wok.
