The ingredients needed to make Fennel & Chilli Veg Bake:
  1. You need 2 fennel bulbs, trimmed and quartered
  2. Take 5 tomatoes, halved
  3. Get 2 onions, peeled and quartered
  4. Use 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  5. Use Small jar of tomato pasta sauce or 400g tinned tomatoes

  1. Cut the fronds, base and outer leaves from the fennel. Quarter and put in a baking dish.

  5. Cover with foil and roast in the oven at 175C for 1 1/2 hours.
