- Provide 1 tsp pepper
- Provide 1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- You need 6 tbsp olive oil
- You need 1 cup fresh grated parmesan
- Get 5 clove garlic
- Use 1 head cauliflower
- Get 1 1/2 lb brussel sprouts

- Preheat the over to 415°.
- Cut up the Cauliflower into quartered flourettes as well as quartering the brussel sprouts. Put it all in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the veggies with salt and pepper.
