  2. Prepare 1/4 cup toovar dal
  3. You need 1 tbsp urad dal

  9. Provide 1/2 cup palak/spinach finely chopped

  11. Provide 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  12. Take 1 tbsp green garlic finely chopped
  13. Use 2 tsp green chillies finely chopped
  14. Get 1 tsp oil
  15. Use 1 tsp sugar
  16. You need 2 tsp lemon juice
  17. Get 1 pinch soda bi carb
  18. Take 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  19. Take 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  20. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  21. Provide to taste Salt
Instructions to make Healthy Mini Pancake:
  1. Combine all dala & rice and grind coarsely flour.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl add the sour curds and mix well. Cover and keep aside to ferment overnight.
  3. Next day add all the leafy vegetable, oil, soda bi carb, sugar, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add water as necessary and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
  5. Heat a non stick tava/mini pancakes pan and grease it using oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on it and spread circular motion to make round circle.
  6. Cook using oil till it turns light brown In colour from both sides.
  7. Serve pancakes with chhunda, pickle, curd with tea or coffee.
