The ingredients needed to make Sourdough baked doughnuts:
- Provide 235 ml milk
- Prepare 1 egg
- You need 60 g butter or margarine
- Prepare 225 g sourdough starter
- Provide 500 g plain flour
- Take 100 g granulated sugar

- Warm milk to 120C.
