  1. Prepare 1 cup Leftover steamed rice (softly cooked)
  2. Use Corn flour / bread crumbs / rice flour 2 tb spns
  3. Prepare Crushed black pepper 1/4 t spn
  4. Use Ginger paste 1/4 t spn (optional)
  5. Take Oil 1 tb spn
  6. Prepare Chopped veggies (onion,carrot, capsicum, corn etc)

  8. Prepare Cumin seeds
  9. Use Mustard seeds
  10. Prepare 5-6 Curreyleaves
  11. Take 1-2 Green chili
  12. Provide Red chilli pwder 1/4 t spn
  13. Use leaves Coriander
  14. You need Lemon juice 1/2 t spn
Steps to make Rice balls:
  1. Mash rice with palms add corn flour, salt (carefully add, because there is salt in rice also) crushed pepper and mix it and make a dough.
  2. Then cut a small piece and roll it like a pipe, make same with full dough.
  3. Boil water in a vessel and put test seive on it grease it and set rice roles on it, cover it and steam it for 10-12 minutes. Off the flame n let it cool completely. Now cut in 1 inches piece.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curreyleaves,Green chili and stir it. Now add veggies and ginger paste in it. Stir it. Add salt, then rice balls in it and saute it carefully, sprincle red chilli pwder, and chopped coriander leaves on it. Off the flame add lemon juice and serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
