  1. You need 1 bulb onion
  2. You need 1 cksp vegetable oil
  3. Take 3 fresh tomatoes

  4. Add carrot, red kidney beans, green pea, green bell pepper and sweet corn stir properly, add basmati rice bit by bit and stir till it properly mix through.
  5. Cover pot and allow it steam, once the remaining water is dried up and the rice is tender, turn off heat and serve
