  1. Get 300 g self-raising flour (plus extra for dusting)
  2. Get 1 tsp baking powder
  3. You need 250 g natural yoghurt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  5. Get 1-2 tsp herb mix (optional)
  6. Use 1-2 tsp olive oil

  1. Put self raising flour, baking powder and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and mix together with a spoon, then use clean hands to pat and bring everything together.
