- Provide 1/2 Cabbage
- You need 1 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste

- Grate the cabbage, onion, chillies, ginger garlic paste.
- Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and the veggies together.
- Then make small balls of it.
- Deep fry the balls and keep it aside.
- Now to make the gravy, mix the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Fry the onion and chillies and put Kashmiri chilli powder, garlic (thinly chopped) and cook it.
- Now add the mixture of sauce on it and stir it and put salt in it. Cook for a while. Then put a mixture of water and cornflour in it to make it gravy and cook for few mins. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
