- Get 2 tablespoons corn flour
- You need 1/2 cup methi (methi) leaves
- Get 1/4 green chilli (finely chopped)
- Use 1 pea sized piece of ginger (finely chopped) [optional]
- Use 2 tablespoons yogurt/ vegan yogurt [optional]
- Use 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Provide 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Provide 200 ml water
- Prepare to taste Salt

- In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, methi leaves, chopped green chilli and ginger

- Set a medium frying pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.
- When the pan is hot, pour the batter on the pan and cook the pancake for 1 minute on either side.
