Instructions to make Chocolate Pancake:
- In a bowl add all the dry section ingredients and mix well.
- In another bowl break the eggs and add granulated sugar. Whisk very well to get a smooth texture. Add milk, baking powder, vanilla essence, salt and oil and mix very well.
- Add the liquid part to the powder part and add chocolate chips. Mix but don’t overdo.
- In a saucepan heat oil and take 1/4 cup of the mix and pour. Let bubbles appear after 1-2 mins. Flip gently and cook for another 1-2 mins. Set aside. 1 cup All-purpose Flour will yield 20 pancakes. Set aside and complete the batches.
